HOW MUCH DOES A YARD SIGN RENTAL COST? HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?
The charge for renting the sign of your choice is $85.00.* The bundle, star or cloud message signs are yours to keep and we will leave them at the front door when we return to pick up the sign. A yard sign rental costs about the same as sending flowers, and it's a fun way to announce a "new baby" or surprise someone for their birthday!
PLEASE NOTE: The toppers on the cupcakes are part of the sign and are not kept by the birthday recipient.
HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?
Rentals are for up to 7 days with the possibility of being extended to 10 days for an additional fee.
WHAT COLOR LETTERING DO YOU USE ON THE BABY BUNDLE, STARS, CLOUDS AND BIRTHDAY MESSAGE PLAQUES?
Our default color is black because black is the best color to be read from a distance (the street). However, if you have a preferred color we are happy to oblige just be sure to let us know at the time you order. If a specific color is not requested at the time of ordering we will use black.
WHERE WILL YOU PLACE THE SIGN?
We use our best judgement to determine the best possible location for visibility, as well as for the best photo ops. If there is a specific location, you’d like for the sign to be please let us know when you order and we will do our very best to place it there.

We serve Dallas and Fort Worth areas, including but not limited to Dallas, Rowlett, Rockwall, Fate, Royse City, Wylie, Sachse, Plano, Greenville,Terrell, Forney, Desoto, Red Oak, Waxahachie, Midlothian, Mansfield, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Cedar Hill, Ovilla, Glenn Heights, Lancaster, Maypearl, Duncanville, Hutchins, and Seagoville. DO YOU DELIVER SIGNS TO COMMERCIAL BUSINESS LOCATIONS, APARTMENTS OR CONDOS?
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver our signs to commercial business locations, apartment complexes or condominiums.
**We do deliver to town homes as long as there is a small patch of lawn and that the lawn is for use by the homeowner or lessee. We deliver signs to all residential lawns.**

WHAT SERVICE DO YOU OFFER FOR MULTIPLE BIRTHS?
We suggest a separate sign for each baby. The first sign is priced at the regular rate. Each subsequent sign is $75.00. At the end of the rental period the parents will get to keep the bundles and message signs just like any other rental.
DO YOU OFFER SIBLING SIGNS?
We offer sibling signs to match each baby sign at $20.00 each. The big brother(s) and sister(s) really love being included in the all the excitement and enjoy seeing their name in the yard too. Call for options.
DO YOU OFFER ANY SERVICE FOR PROUD GRANDPARENTS?
If a grandparents’ sign is ordered at the same time as the new parents sign the rental price is discounted to $75.00**. There are two options available for the grandparents' bundle, cloud or star.
1. Bundle, cloud or star not kept at the end of the rental period. Options include:
“It’s A Grandson!”
“It’s A Granddaughter!”
“Proud Grandparents Live Here!”
2. Bundle, cloud or star kept at the end of the rental period for a charge of $20.00. Some examples of options are:
The baby’s first & middle names, length, weight and date of birth
Proud grandparents of (baby’s name)!
WHEN DO YOU DELIVER AND PICK UP THE SIGNS?
We deliver and pick up our signs seven days per week. Monday through Saturday deliveries and pick-ups begin after 9:30am. On Sunday we do not deliver or pick-up before 1:30PM. For same day rentals and deliveries there will be a rush fee.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER THE ANNOUNCEMENT?
Because babies tend to want to arrive on their time we don’t take reservations in advance for births. Just call when the baby arrives!
We do take reservations for showers, gender reveal parties, adoptions, birthdays, or other special events.
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Just like the local flower shop. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express over the phone in payment of the rental. Orders must be paid in advance. We do accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders if you are calling well ahead and time permits. If payment has not been received we will be unable to deliver your order.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Full refunds are available for the following:
You cancel your stork or birthday sign rental at least 24 hours in advance
Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign
We cannot issue a refund if any of the following apply:
We are unable to get into a gated community because we were not given a gate code or if the code provided doesn’t work.
The security guard at a gated community refuses to allow us entry
Please note: We will make a reasonable effort to deliver your sign.
The homeowner or recipient does not want the sign or calls us to request that we pick up the sign before the rental period is over.
If a dog or other animal makes it impossible to access the property
